Teresa and Taylor Kemp Memorial Fund | MISSION STATEMENT

Recently our community lost two incredible people. Teresa Kemp and her 13-year-old daughter Taylor Kemp were taken in a tragic car accident. Teresa Kemp, a passionate educator and a dear friend of Riverton USD #404, was raised in Riverton and became a teacher and coach at the school she loved. Teresa’s daughter Taylor was also a special student-athlete at Riverton. Teresa and Taylor exuded school spirit and both had a love for our school system and community that was beyond compare.

We cannot describe the incredible outpouring of love and support that our community has shown during this time of deep sadness. Our community pulled together in a manner never seen before. On July 30th the Teresa and Taylor Kemp Memorial Fund was established to direct the proceeds of the love offerings that have been and will be made in the future. The charter members of the board include life long friends and family members of Teresa and Taylor.

It is the goal of the Memorial Fund to serve as a living legacy to the school that Teresa and Taylor loved so much. All proceeds of the Memorial Fund will go toward projects that will directly benefit the students and educators of our school district. The focus of the board will be to help fund projects and programs for which Teresa and Taylor were passionate about.

We would like to invite you to support the Teresa and Taylor Kemp Memorial Fund in helping our school system in a dramatic way. Your donation will go directly toward the betterment of the students and educators of USD #404. It will also serve as a living legacy of the passion and school spirit that Teresa and Taylor brought daily to the school.

These donations can help our school and honor this family at the same time. So many people have asked, “What can I do?” This is how we can help.
